By accessing or using PayRemindr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PayRemindr.

2. Description of Service

PayRemindr is a subscription management platform that allows users to:

• Track and manage their subscriptions
• Receive email reminders before payments are due
• Monitor spending and analyze subscription costs
• Export subscription data

We offer both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Eligibility

To use PayRemindr, you must:

• Have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing your email address and creating a password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

4.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

5. Free and Pro Subscriptions

5.1 Free Trial

The free trial provides 30 days of unlimited subscriptions with full access to email reminders and features.

5.2 Pro Plan

The Pro plan, available for $5 per month, includes:

• Unlimited subscription tracking
• All free trial features

5.3 Payment and Billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time
• Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period

5.4 Subscription Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, features, or pricing with 30 days' notice. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

7. User Content

7.1 Content Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the subscription data and content you upload to PayRemindr. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process it to provide the Service.

7.2 Prohibited Content

You may not upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes upon the rights of others
• Is offensive, defamatory, or harassing
• Contains personal information of others without consent

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by PayRemindr and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAYREMINDR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Any damages resulting from your use of the Service
• Interruptions, errors, or delays in the Service

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That defects will be corrected
• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• That the Service will meet your requirements

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PayRemindr, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of others.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.
